LAB Denmark’s legal company name has been changed to Søren Berner Denmark ApS on 13/06/2023. The current company name LAB Denmark ApS is registered as a brand name and continues to be used normally for example on invoices and existing contracts. The change of the legal name has no impact on existing contracts, partnerships, customers or LAB Denmark’s daily operations. The name Søren Berner Denmark ApS will be used as the signing party in future contracts.
